Swim star Hayley Lewis
shares her top 5 smoothies

Hayley LewisSummer is smoothie season, and the Five of the Best family home is in full smoothie mode thanks to the arrival of a life-changing kitchen gadget. Every morning, the kids get up and start the day with a mango/banana/berry/yoghurt/whatever’s-in-the-fridge smoothie with Kambrook’s new Blitz2Go. They even added muesli to their banana concoction the other day – it went down a treat.

Sure… it’s possible to do all of this in a regular blender, but this natty little device mixes up smoothies in a drinking bottle, cutting back on dishes. Blitz2Go (priced at a $49.95, with three separate bottles) has also eliminated fruit waste, as over-soft fruit now goes in the freezer for blitzing later.

Olympic medalist, TV host and mum-of-two Hayley Lewis is a big fan of the Blitz2Go, grabbing smoothies to go during busy times filming The Biggest Loser. Here are her top 5 smoothie recipes. Just chuck it in the ingredients and blitz.
